Don't let a little carpentry associated with your project deter you. Sealing up windows, enlarging windows, enlarging door openings for entry doors, and enclosing screen porches costs less than most customers think.

Many of the big sales organizations will reject window or siding jobs that come with carpentry. This is no problem for Confident Home Remodelers.

Financing
Some customers are still opting to pay for home improvements by refinancing the home. Traditional mortgage lenders and their sales reps make a killing on "points" and hidden profit on your application. I am also setup with a mortgage company, and authorized to gather all the information. I then fax it to the mortgage company. As you might expect, the mortgage processors at the mortgage company are the experts at this, and they attend to all the details. I don't get involved at all in the actual processing.

We do this as a favor to our customers, and we do it on a low-profit margin. We're not trying to earn a living off of mortgages. If this service helps to land a job, we're more than happy to help our customers.

Confident Home Remodelers also takes VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and other major credit cards. We find it amazing that so many of our competitors choose not to offer this service, or they cannot get credit approved for it.
